Co-President

This leadership role is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our school community. The Co-Presidents will serve as the primary representatives of the VPC, working closely with administrators, teachers, parents, and the executive board to support and enhance the educational experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and organizing VPC meetings
Communicating with families through email, and social media
Collaborating on budget planning and oversight
Encouraging parent involvement and supporting volunteers

Stay organized and help keep our VPC running smoothly! This role is key to maintaining clear communication and accurate records across our organization.
Key responsibilities include:
Recording and preparing meeting minutes
Maintaining important documents and records
Helping plan and share meeting agendas
Supporting the executive board with administrative tasks
Keeping information organized and accessible year to year

If you’re organized and detail-oriented, this is a great opportunity to support our VPC by helping manage and oversee finances. This role can be shared, with responsibilities divided (such as accounts receivable and payable).
Key responsibilities include:
Managing funds, deposits, and payments with accuracy and transparency
Providing financial updates at VPC meetings
Handling reimbursements and vendor payments
Supporting budgeting and tracking for events and fundraisers

Key responsibilities include:
Planning the theme, menu, and overall event experience
Recruiting and leading a team of volunteers
Coordinating food, donations, and catering (with dietary needs in mind)
Managing the event budget with the Treasurer
Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere with décor and special touches
Ensuring all staff feel appreciated and celebrated

spirit wear merchandise manager
Help boost school pride while supporting the VPC! This role leads the design, ordering, and sales of fun, school-branded apparel and merchandise.
Key responsibilities include:
Selecting and designing spiritwear with the VPC board
Coordinating with vendors for ordering, pricing, and delivery
Managing inventory and keeping records organized
Planning and running sales (online and at school events)
Collaborating with the Treasurer on budgeting and tracking sales
Recruiting volunteers to support sales and distribution

5k scamper chair
Lead one of our most exciting, community-building events! This family-friendly 5K brings together students, staff, and neighbors for a fun and active day.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning the race details, route, and event timeline
Coordinating with school staff and local authorities for safety
Securing sponsorships, donations, and prizes
Promoting the event and managing registrations
Leading volunteers and overseeing all race day activities
Creating an inclusive, fun experience for the whole community
